It has been such a busy month in Brazil class. In Maths we have been learning about data and patterns while in Gaeilge we have been learning all about Bia (Food) and Oíche Shamhna (Halloween). We are really enjoying reading every day and writing in our response journals! We have been writing procedures such as how to make a pop-up card, how to carve a pumpkin and how to leave the classroom when we hear the fire alarm.
In S.E.S.E we explored Italy, counties in Ireland, The Stone Age and animals that hibernate. Check out our projects about some animals that hibernate!
In Art we made Stone Age tools and jewellery out of clay, designed our own county jersey and painted a picture from a bug’s perspective.
We had great fun dressing up for Book Day and reviewing our favourite books!
Check back next month for some more exciting news from Brazil Class!
