Health & Well-being Week

Next week (18th – 22nd September), we are celebrating Health and Wellbeing week in school. Each class will take part in different activities to promote health and well-being such as yoga, meditation, mindfulness, healthy eating and physical activity.

Here are some activities we have organised for parents to take part in:

Tuesday 19th – Healthy Eating for Children – We are looking for parents to help with fruit and vegetable tasting at 8.45am

Wednesday 20th – Parents Yoga Class in the Hall at 9am

Wednesday 20th – Parents Coffee Morning in the Parents Room at 10am

Thursday 21st – Nutrition Talk for Parents in the Parents Room at 9am
