Parental Involvement in Lucan East

 In Lucan East ETNS, parents are actively encouraged to take part in their child’s education. At some stage during the year, each class had a parental involvement activity. We invited the parents to come into the class and help out with a particular subject or area. We had the CLOVER Reading Project in Junior Infants, the Bedtime Reading Trolley and a Maths Trail in Senior Infants, Maths for Fun in 1^st Class, Art in 2^nd Class, Chess in 3^rd Class, Gardening in 4^th Class and Monopoly in 5^th Class. We would like to say a huge thank you to all the parents who got involved and helped out. All the children really loved it when the parents came into their classrooms and took part in an activity with their classmates. We hope you enjoyed it too.
