It’s been a wild and windy week in Ireland but nothing gets in the way of our learning here in Lucan East ETNS.
Both our girls and boys Gaelic football teams have been training hard and playing fiercely on the pitch. We are very proud of their dedication and want to congratulate them on their achievements and the fantastic team spirit they have shown so far this year.
As you can see in the picture below, Ghana Class are a perfect example of the diligent attitudes our students show every day towards their work.
And we are delighted to announce that our New Parents’ Room opened today. And what better way to begin than with a Parents’ Printing Class! Jim and the parents made some beautiful prints today and definitely taught me a thing or two about printing. We are looking forward to seeing what other beautiful pieces of artwork they will produce.
As part of the 10 year celebration we will be welcoming the storyteller Níall de Burca back to our school on Monday. Níall is an extremely talented artist and his performances are to be enjoyed by all. We can’t wait for the students to experience the magic of his shows.
The BOM, staff and PTA have lots of other lovely activities planned for the children and we will keep you posted on what’s going on in the school.
Wishing you all a safe and calm weekend!
Go n-éirí libh,
