Last week in Norway class we were learning all about lines and angles. This week we have started to look at multiplication. Work is underway on writing procedures in English writing and we are creating images in our minds when reading. We used the leaves from last week’s field trip to sketch pictures using charcoal.
We examined trees in more detail during our science lesson. Our Irish lessons focussed on “Ar Scoil”. We took a closer look at County Dublin in Geography, having learned about the four provinces last week. Finally, our history lesson centred around “Myths and Legends” where we read the story of Tír na nÓg.
It was Maths Week this week so we enjoyed lots of great activities both in and out of the classroom. See some of the pictures from our art lesson and maths week below.
